ESTIMATE
Our estimator will arrive to your home or business to do all the necessary measuring and bring samples for you to begin to make selections. Then he will come back to our headquarters and work up the details, scope of the project and your cost estimate, which will be emailed to you.
INSTALL
Our seasoned installers are valued employees—not sub-contractors—and have undergone all the training for industry certifications. As soon as you decide to go ahead with the job, the same person who was your estimator will switch gears and become your project manager, checking in on your job site from beginning to end of your project to make sure we have exceeded your expectations.

ACID STAIN
With this finishing technique for existing concrete flooring, a mixture of water, hydrochloric acid, and acid-soluble metallic salts penetrates the concrete. It makes the surface inflammable, ultraviolet light-resistant and moisture-resistant. The stains come in a wide variety of colors.
ASHFORD FORMULA SYSTEMS
Concrete densifiers/hardeners turn soft concrete into hard concrete. An ideal treatment for warehouse spaces, the material penetrates concrete and fills in areas of porosity, growing new crystals to create a dense, hard surface.
Concrete Sealing – Coating concrete flooring with a protective barrier sealant prevents staining, reduces wear and tear and beautifies the appearance. Since it makes the surface water repellant, sealing also makes maintenance easier and adds life to the flooring.
METALLIC FLOORING
By applying an epoxy topcoat that contains metallic pigments, a colorful and pearlescent effect is achieved and can often include swirled patterns. The treatment is usually seen in high-end retail environments and showrooms.
MOISTURE MITIGATION
For existing flooring that may have moisture in the subfloor or concrete, mitigation eliminates moisture from coming up, while protecting the flooring. The goal is to cause moisture to move from high-concentration areas to low-concentration areas to create equilibrium.
POLISHED OVERLAYS
With a variety of decorative colors, engineered cement overlay can be polished to a high-gloss finish.
POLYASPARTIC FLAKE FLOORING
Perfect for garages, patios, laundry rooms, and basements, these coating systems come in a variety of designer colors. They seal and protect the concrete beneath by sealing out moisture. And the finished effect can resemble natural stone. A lifetime warranty is available on this and many other treatments provided by Central Florida Finishing.
SELF-LEVELING
To level an unlevel floor, technicians from Central Florida Finishing pour engineered cement. This self-levelling compound can be used over many existing floors, from concrete to hardwood and ceramic.
EPOXY APPLICATION
A specialty niche of ours, we can install epoxy flooring that is highly decorative, with glass-like to textured finishes and a variety of stain colors. Since it’s indestructible, it comes with a lifetime warranty.
